Yes, personal training sessions can be held on-line. This provides more flexibility and allows us to continue the training program even if you are travelling for leisure or business. Of course, face-to-face is always preferable, but you cannot always be in Geneva.
No, in general, you do not need any specific equipment. For home training, you simply need a training mat and some motivation!
Yes, group training is also possible. To maintain a personal approach, I recommend small groups at a time. You can also set up groups with friends and colleagues.
Absolutely! That is actually a great reason to choose a personal trainer. Scheduling is flexible and we can train in the evenings as well as on week-ends.
Personal training sessions can take place wherever it suits you best! It can be at your home or even better, outside in public parks or by the lake Geneva.
