Swimming is a life skill!

Swimming gives you independence, resilience, social opportunities, success and overall wellbeing.

Sooner or later, at one point in your life, you will certainly have a strong desire: Ah.. I wish I could swim.

Based on long years of experience, I see that adults who can not swim regret it a lot. Besides missing out an excellent opportunity to do water sports, they miss out on quality time with their friends and family.

Many times, my future swimmers tell me that they go to the most beautiful beaches in the world but they stay on the beach while friends enjoys themselves in the refreshing water. They sadly cannot fully enjoy their holiday...

Equally, many of my clients are coming for my swimming lessons because they have become parents. Once they have children, they realize that they really want to spare their kids from having the same struggle they went through. Knowing that they can’t have safe fun with  their kids in the water makes them sad. Knowing that they can’t be role models and motivate them urges parents to start taking swimming lessons.

The urge to swim can be for medical purposes as well. For weight loss, to protect your joints, tone your body, and so on. Whatever your motivation or goals are, it’s never too late to start!

While kids learn how to swim easier and quicker, adults can also successfully achieve their goals and enjoy the fun and benefits of water sports.

And what if you are motivated, but terrified of water? What if you had a traumatizing experience in water and you can’t get rid  of this fear? Well, there is a method for everything. Be patient with yourself, I will patiently guide you at every step!

Don’t believe that it will be a tough experience… It will be fun! It will be sooo empowering! You will be proud of yourself after the very first lesson!

I hope to see you soon in your bathing suit!
